Initial SessionSilvan welcomes the client and creates a comfortable, warm, and nonjudgmental atmosphere. This appointment is the foundational
step towards establishing a therapeutic relationship and understanding your needs and goals. During this session, you will co-create a roadmap for your healing journey. Couples CounselingIn these sessions, Silvan focuses on the interplay between the physical and emotional dynamics within the relationship. These 1.5hr sessions are highly informed by attachment theory. Understanding your partners attachment style can be a direct doorway to greater compassion for one another as well as an understanding of each-others unique needs and desires within the relationship.

These sessions are guided through use of somatic techniques, focusing on the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and heart. During each session, the therapist creates a safe and supportive environment where connection, release, and understanding can lead to healing and growth.
Adult Family TherapySilvan works with the entire family or specific members, helping them observe and understand their unique relational patterns both healthy and unhealthy. In these 1.5hr sessions, a safe space is held for family members to openly express their needs while maintaining healthy autonomy and personal boundaries.

These groups involve offering a structured and supportive environment where participants can learn and practice somatic techniques to enhance their emotional well-being and personal growth. We focus on teaching practical skills that integrate body awareness, movement, and mindfulness to address a variety of emotional and mental health challenges.

Participants meet weekly over a period of months. The group is composed of a limited number of individuals to ensure a supportive and focused community environment in which to explore the use of insights gained in individual therapy in real time authentic relationships. Silvan holds a safe container where participants can share their experiences, learn from one another, and practice how to be in healthy relationship.
